All return requests must be emailed to reception@hunterpp.com.au, and you will be provided with an RA(Return Authority) number. In the email, please specify your original order number, what sizes and codes are being returned, and what you’d like to order instead.
Please ensure this ‘RA number’ is noted on the return parcel so it can be checked in and processed efficiently.
Returns need to be in their original, unworn condition (still tagged). The cost of sending the items back to us is the responsibility of the person returning the items.
Once the items are received, we can arrange for replacements to be sent out.
